Ms.Sawe is a results-oriented achiever with an excellent track record for identifying opportunities for accelerated growth. Experienced in managing high visibility clients and brands, with superb trouble-shooting skills, persistence in problem solving, and the ability to coach and mentor others. Ms.Sawe has great presentation, negotiation and reporting skills, coupled with the experience of working within a complex organization. She has been the General Manager for JWT Kenya for the past six years providing leadership in Business Strategy, Client Relationship and the Delivery of Business Results.
